Delivery & Handling
a) we can cancel your order and refund you for the same amount, or:
b) we can leave your order open for the next restock guaranteeing its shipment at this time.
Don’t worry, we’ll take care of your order in any case!
Once your order has left the building, you’ll receive a shipment e-mail from us containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door.
Local orders: please allow 6 to 14 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.
International orders: please allow 14 to 20 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. Customs may hold up your order which may cause its delivery to be delayed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you want to return or exchange an item, please e-mail email@example.com with the following information:
– order number
– name on the order
– e-mail address the order was made with
– your request
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please also provide us with a clear photograph of the goods.
We’ll get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process.
Keep in mind that the cost of the return is to be borne by the buyer.
